Libreria Antiquaria Emiliana, a stone’s throw from the Frari Church, offers a wide selection of Venetian books and prints from the 15th to 21st centuries, as well as other ancient and rare volumes, engravings by great masters, bibliography, art and history of the Serenissima Republic of Venice.

Libreria Emiliana is the oldest bookshop still active in Venice. Its history begins in the mid-1800s: Emiliana Printing House printed some of the finest works for the great Venetian publisher Ferdinando Ongania, then continued its remarkable publishing activity until the end of the 20th century.
